With your explicit permission, we access selected data from Apple Health to generate your Superwave insights, including:

  • Steps Count – to understand your daily and yearly movement

  • Calories Burned – to reflect your overall energy expenditure

  • Distance Traveled – to summarize how far you’ve moved over time

  • Workout Information – to analyze your exercise patterns

  • Sleep Data – to understand your sleep duration and trends

  • Heart Rate Data – including resting heart rate and heart rate trends

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) – to understand recovery and readiness trends

  • Other Apple Health Metrics you choose to enable – such as activity, cardio fitness, mindfulness, or related wellness signals

We use this data only to calculate trends, patterns, and summaries to generate your personalized Superwave experience inside the app.

We do not use your data for ads, profiling, or any purpose outside Superwave.

2. Data Storage and Security

Your Apple Health data is processed locally on your device to generate insights, trends, and summaries.

Your Apple Health data does not leave your device. We do not transmit or store your raw Apple Health data on our servers.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your health data to any third parties.

All data processing is done locally and strictly for providing the Superwave experience.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data.

You can delete your data directly from within the app at any time.

Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from your device.
